For welding structures requiring stress corrosion resistance, welded structures and thick plate structures used at low temperatures, high temperature tempering to eliminate stress is required after welding: 1 Do not exceed the original tempering temperature of the base metal so as not to affect the function of the base metal itself. .

2 For materials with temper brittleness, avoid temperature zones where temper brittleness occurs.

3 If heat treatment cannot be promoted in time after welding, it should be kept at 200~350°C for 2~6h immediately so that the hydrogen dispersion in the welding zone can escape.

In order to eliminate the welding stress, the appearance of the weld metal should be quietly hammered immediately after welding, but this does not apply to welds with poor plasticity.
