Spot welding robot

The automotive industry is a typical application area for spot welding robot systems. Initially, spot welding robots were used only to enhance welding operations (adding solder joints to spliced workpieces). Later, in order to ensure the accuracy of splicing, the robots were allowed to complete the positioning welding performance, specifically:

Small installation area, large working space;

Quickly complete small-pitch multi-point positioning (for example, positioning every 0.3-0.4s after moving 30-50mm pitch);

High positioning accuracy (±0.25mm) to ensure welding quality

Holding a major (50 ~ 100kg) in order to carry the built-in transformer welding pliers;

Large memory capacity, simple teaching, saving man-hours;

The spot welding speed has been matched with the production line, and at the same time, the reliability is good.
