Rolling wire

Most welding wires fall into this category, including carbon steel welding wire, low-alloy structural steel welding wire, alloy structural steel welding wire, stainless steel welding wire, and non-ferrous metal welding wire.

Common welding wire:

SKD11 > 0.5 ~ 3.2mm HRC 56~58 Welding cold working steel, metal stamping dies, cutting dies, cutting tools, forming dies, and hardfacings for production of argon electrodes with high hardness, wear resistance and high toughness, before welding Warm up and preheat, otherwise it is easy to produce cracks.

63 degree knife edge welding wire> 0.5 ~ 3.2mm HRC 63~55, mainly used for welding broach die, hot for high hardness die, hot forging master die, hot die, screw die, wear-resistant hard surface, high speed steel , knife edge repair.

SKD61 > 0.5 ~ 3.2mm HRC 40~43 Welding zinc and aluminum die-casting molds, with good heat resistance and crack resistance, hot stamping die, aluminum and copper hot forging die, aluminum and copper die casting die, with good heat resistance and resistance Grinding, crack resistance. Generally, hot-pressed molds often have cracks in the shell. Most of them are caused by thermal stress. They are also caused by surface oxidation or corrosion of the die-casting materials. The heat treatment is adjusted to an appropriate hardness to improve its service life. Hardness is too low or too high. Be applicable.
