Silver-based copper phosphorus environmental protection solder (silver-copper phosphor solder) grade and performance

(1) HAG-2B contains 2% silver and is equivalent to American Standard AWS BCuP-6, national standard BCu91PAg and L209. It has good fluidity and filling ability. It is widely used in air conditioning, refrigerator, electromechanical and other industries, brazing of copper and copper alloys. . Melting point 645-790 degrees Celsius.

(2) HAG-5B contains 5% silver equivalent to American Standard AWS BCuP-3 GB BCu88PAg and L205. It has certain plasticity and is suitable for welding of copper and its alloy joints that cannot maintain close fit. Melting point 645-815 degrees Celsius.

(3) HAG-15B silver containing 15% is equivalent to American Standard AWS BCuP-5 GB BCu80AgP and L204, with good plasticity and electrical conductivity, especially for occasions with uneven gaps. Brazing of brazing copper and its alloy joints subjected to vibration loads. Melting point 645-800 degrees Celsius.
