1. Mechanical device

The system of Spot welding machine consists of three parts, which are mechanical device, power supply device and control device. Spot welder in order to adapt to the requirements of welding process, the pressure mechanism (electrode) adopts a two-stroke fast pneumatic transmission mechanism, which can be divided into large open and small to meet the requirements of welding operation by switching the stroke control handle to change the electrode opening degree. 2. Power supply Device

The main power circuit consists of resistance welding transformer, SCR unit, main power switch, welding circuit and so on. Now we use the welding equipment is power 200kVA, secondary output voltage 20v--40v single-phase AC resistance welding machine. As a result of the production of a wide range of models, electrode to weld HIGH-STRENGTH steel plate and low carbon steel sheet, electrode gun arm to pass the larger mechanical and welding current, so electrode strength, stiffness, heat to meet certain requirements, and to have good conductivity and thermal conductivity, and the need for electrode use of water cooling,  So choose the electrode electrode arm can withstand the 400kg pressure of the new electrode. 

3. Control device

The control device mainly provides the signal control resistance welder action to connect and cut the welding current, control the welding current value, carry on the fault monitoring and processing.
